Our on-ground team in Guangzhou visits factories, checks business registrations, audits production capabilities, and shortlists only suppliers who meet your specifications. You receive a structured RFQ report with multiple verified quotes, factory photos, and our recommendation — before you commit to anything.
Once you choose a supplier from our shortlist, we take over the procurement process entirely. We negotiate pricing and payment terms directly with the manufacturer, draft and manage the purchase contract, place the order, and monitor production milestones on your behalf. You get regular updates without having to chase a factory across a time zone and a language barrier.
Quality control is not a single inspection — it is a system that runs across three production stages. Pre-production checks verify materials and setup. In-line checks monitor work in progress against your specifications. Pre-shipment inspection tests finished goods before packing. Every stage is documented with photos and a formal report. Nothing ships until it passes.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything from factory pickup in China to final delivery at your warehouse — including export clearance, international freight, import customs, and all duty payments. You agree to one all-inclusive price and receive your goods at the door. No customs surprises. No extra bills. One partner, complete accountability.
For businesses building their own product line, we manage the full private label and customisation process. This includes working with manufacturers on product modifications, coordinating packaging design and print, managing artwork approvals, and overseeing branded production runs. We support low MOQ orders for businesses testing a new product before committing to volume.
Our commitment does not end at delivery. We maintain a 30–45 day after-sales window where our team actively manages any quality issues, coordinates replacements, handles insurance claims for transit damage, and liaises with the factory on your behalf.
