Define every visible brand element
Confirm logo files, colors, label size, carton marks, manuals, insert cards, barcodes, compliance marks, and any retail packaging requirements before production starts.
Approve samples before bulk production
A packaging sample helps catch color, spelling, layout, material, and barcode issues early. Ask for clear photos or videos if physical samples are not practical.
Inspect packaging before shipment
Packaging errors can make a good product hard to sell. Include carton marks, labels, quantities, print quality, and packing method in the pre-shipment inspection checklist.
